Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Add items to your bag and check out on the website with Cash on Delivery — or tap "Order on WhatsApp" on any product and we'll confirm everything in chat.

Question 2

Do you take custom orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Choose your colours, beads, size or add a name. Message us on WhatsApp with your idea (a picture helps) and we'll share the price and time needed.

Question 3

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Ready pieces are dispatched in 1–2 working days and arrive in 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Custom orders take 5–10 days to make before dispatch.

Question 4

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. For custom orders we may ask for a small advance via bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

Question 5

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open My account → Orders to see each step: Pending, Processing, Shipped and Delivered. You can also ask us on WhatsApp anytime.

Question 6

Will my piece look exactly like the picture?

Accepted Answer

Very close! Because everything is handmade, tiny variations in bead placement and shade make every piece one of a kind.

Question 7

How do I care for beaded bags and jewellery?

Accepted Answer

Keep away from water and perfume, store in the dust bag or a box, and avoid overfilling bags so the beads keep their shape.

Question 8

Can I return or exchange?

Accepted Answer

If your item arrives damaged, message us within 3 days with a photo and we'll exchange it. Custom orders can't be returned, as they're made just for you.
