Delivery & returns

Delivery across Pakistan

• Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery takes 3–5 working days to all major cities, and a little longer for remote areas.
• Delivery charge: Rs 250 per order.
• Free delivery on orders over Rs 5,000.
• Pay in cash when your parcel arrives (Cash on Delivery).

Custom orders

Custom pieces take 5–10 days to make before dispatch. We may ask for a small advance to confirm a custom order.

Exchanges

• If your item arrives damaged, message us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we'll exchange it.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Custom orders can't be returned or exchanged, as they're made especially for you.
• Small variations in colour and bead placement are part of handmade charm and aren't considered defects.
